Placing and Changing an Order
How do I place an order?
Ordering at eXpo Branders is easy! If you find a product online, just click on the Order Now button, fill in the requested information, and hit Send! Your card is never charged until we contact you with all of the details and confirm the total on the order. If you are not quite ready to order, hit the Request Info button and we will contact you to fill you in!
My event is tomorrow and I have no display! How can eXpo Branders help me?
eXpo Branders offers rush service on most of our pull up banners, back walls, step and repeats, loose posters and signs, 10x10 booth kits and more. Call us on our hotline at 571-299-6908 - we can probably save the day!
I sent a graphic to be printed but I want to change it. How would I go about changing an order?
Your order will not go into our production queue until you approve your proof. If you need to make a change after that proof is approved, and the product has not yet been out into print, it is possible that we can make a change. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can halt production and attempt to revise your order. Once a promotional product is imprinted, it cannot be returned, but we can catch it before it ships and at least save you on the shipping cost. Trade show back walls, roll up banners, and signs and posters all are considered complete once they ship.
Can I get a discount on bulk trade show display orders?
Many of our clients order trade show items, such as pull up banner stands, in quantities of 2, 3, or more! We discount quantities of 2 or more for trade show displays and signs and will work with you to fit as many displays in your budget as possible! Promotional products and apparel are automatically discounted with the more you purchase. Price breaks are noted on most of the items, and you can order any quantity in between these price breaks, if you prefer.
I don’t have any graphics! Do you offer design services?
The design team at eXpo Branders can help create the design that best shows off your brand! Whether you need a tweak to a current design, or to start from scratch, our design services are quick and creative. Give us a try!
How long does shipping generally take?
The eXpo eXperts at eXpo Branders work by YOUR deadline date. Your project may be produced locally, or as far away as California, it all depends on the item and the best cost we can get for you. Therefore, shipping can be as soon as a same-day courier or 4-5 business days ground transit.
Why do I have to pay a shipping charge if I am local, couldn’t I just pick up my displays at your office?
Some of our products are produced right here in Arlington, VA, and some are not. Pickup is available by request. However, our shipping and courier rates are usually a lot cheaper than battling city traffic to get to our office.
Can you deliver my display to my event/convention location?
eXpo Branders delivers trade show displays, pop up booths, roll up retractable banners, 10x10 back walls and rental displays to conference locations all of the US (and beyond!). Note that many expo halls have specific instructions regarding receiving of trade show displays - be sure to check your exhibitor’s kit for those details. Many times, we ship small items to your hotel for pick up when you check in. This can save on costs and confusion at the exhibit hall.
I only need a display for one event. Do you do rentals?
Trade show booth rental is becoming more and more popular as companies cut down on the volume of trade shows they attend and the frequency of changing up their marketing message. Renting a trade show booth allows growing companies to “try before they buy” so to speak, and many opt to purchase the booth after they realize success in using it.
eXpo Branders rents trade show displays in many sizes, counters and kiosks, back walls, 20’ hybrid and modular displays, and more. Check out our rentals page and call us if you don’t see what you are looking to rent. Most likely we rent it!
Do you offer printed material?
eXpoBranders partners with UndercoverPrinter to provide a full line of printed marketing collateral including business cards, brochures, pocket folders, postcards, postcard mailing, fliers, posters, door hangers, letterhead, envelopes and more! Check out their website or call them at 703-865-7581.
Is there a physical showroom where I can come see the products in person?
The eXpo Branders office is located in Ballston (Arlington), VA. Our production is done off site from this office, and we currently have an online showroom that features our most popular products. Our sales team can come out to your office and work with you on your product, if needed. Just ask!
I am on a tight budget, what low cost displays do you offer?
eXpo Branders offers an entire line of budget friendly pull up retractable banners and trade show displays. Our line of roll up banner stands come in a bunch of widths and the price is right for any budget. Call us with your budget and let us find out how we can make your display look like you spent a fortune!
There are hundreds of promotional items under each category! Why so many options?
eXpo Branders offers thousands of items in every category so you have a wide range of options to choose from! We work with many manufacturers to get you the best product at the best price, in the time frame that you need it. So, even though some may seem like duplicates, they are actually similar items by different manufacturers. Our eXpo eXperts will help you find the perfect version for your needs.
What is the warranty on the trade show products that I ordered?
eXpo Branders offers either a 60 day, 1 year or lifetime warranty on all hardware for pull up banner stands, back walls and trade show booth displays. Our graphics are guaranteed for any defect up to one week after receipt. Promotional items and giveaways, such as pens, mugs, or novelties are warrantied only for any misprints or damage upon receipt. Be sure to open your order and check it thoroughly upon receipt so we can remedy any issues before your event!
Can I travel with my display products? Are they easy to carry? Heavy? Can I check them on a plane?
All of our displays are meant to move! We do recommend upgrading your cases to a hard shipping case if you plan to take your show on the road. We can provide you with the dimensions of each case and approximate weight, so you can decide whether to check it at the airport or ship the display via FedEx or any other carrier. Please check with your airline for their specific requirements and limitations on traveling with a trade show display as we are not responsible for any size/weight limitations or added fees for traveling with a display.
