Artwork Guidelines
After submitting your artwork, the ExpoBranders team goes through your files to ensure the highest quality print and will contact you with any potential issues. To avoid delays in processing your order, please see the relevant artwork requirements below. Files are accepted by email or upload. Please do not email files over 7 MB. We accept Dropbox and Hightail links. If you are unable to send artwork by these methods, please contact us. If assistance is needed to ensure your files are print-ready, please select “Graphic Design Services Needed” when ordering or contact us.
Displays and Graphics
As each display has unique design needs, the best way to ensure your artwork will print to your vision is to set up your artwork to the templates provided for each item. We accept Adobe Illustrator files, high quality PDF files, Photoshop files, and InDesign files. The goal resolution for high-quality printing is 300 dpi at full size. When providing files, all fonts must be converted to outlines and all images should be embedded. If fonts are not outlined, please provide the Macintosh or TruType format font.
For the most accurate color match, please provide all vector files (Illustrator files) in CMYK format and all Raster artwork (Photoshop files) in RGB format. Pantone colors should be listed in the file as solid coated swatches.
Promotional Products
Vector artwork is preferred for all of our promotional products. Vector art is the original design artwork, vectorized, and is usually saved as a PDF, AI, or EPS file. All fonts must be converted to outlines or provided in Macintosh or TruType format. When sending a Raster file, graphics should be at least 600 dpi at imprint size. For ideal quality, 1200 dpi is preferred. If you do not have a vector file, we can often convert your design file for an additional charge.
Note the imprint area size specified for each item! Small details may get filled in if too much information is included in a particularly small imprint area.
Apparel
Screenprinting: Please provide vector artwork in either AI, PDF, or EPS format. If supplying Raster artwork, it should be saved as a TIFF or PSD file and at the highest DPI available (at least 300 dpi). All fonts must be converted to outlines or provided in Macintosh or TruType format. When submitting art files, specify where on the garment you would like your artwork printed (left chest, center front, center back, left sleeve, etc).
Embroidery: Digitized artwork is required for any embroidery services. If you do not have a digitized file, please provide vector artwork. We offer digitizing services for an additional one-time cost ($50-$100). When submitting art files, please specify where on the garment you would like your artwork embroidered (left chest, center front, center back, left sleeve, etc).
