Recently, one of our clients, a local winery, asked us a way to boost sales on their take-home bottles of wine at an annual festival. 

We decided that the best way to encourage people to buy wine was to include a small, custom imprinted gift for every 3 bottles of wine purchased. They decided on a top branded winged corkscrew. They saw an increase in people who purchased 3 bottles of wine at a time than those who did last year! 

Throwing in a quality, custom gift works because people feel like they are getting something for free! If you have 15% off a purchase along with a gift, people will be more inclined to purchase from you than from a competitor who is only offering the 15% discount. If you are doing your branding right, they will love having a useful item with your logo to remind them of a great experience they had interacting with your brand.
