What is the difference between vinyl and vinyl mesh?
When deciding on an outdoor banner, there are several things to keep in mind
1. How long with the banner be placed outside?
2. How ‘exposed’ will the banner be to the elements - most especially wind
3. How will the banner be attached to the outdoor surface?
If you have a lot of wind and the banner will be outdoors for a long time, you may want to consider our vinyl mesh. Your message will be very clear, while allowing the wind to easily flow through the graphic.
What would you use mesh for?
Mesh is great on chain link fences or adhered between posts in an out door situation. It also works well on buildings, allowing wind to flow throw without too much stress on the graphic.
What is welding?
Welding is used on vinyl banners to reinforce the edge. We weld (hem) the edges as a standard on all of our banners.
Where are grommets placed?
Grommets are the little metal reinforced holes place on a loose banner, for use in hanging. We place grommets on all four corners and every 2 feet as a standard. Custom grommets are available - just ask!
Can I order longer rope?
Rope is available in lieu of grommets on any of our loose banners. We include 2’ on each corner. If you need longer ties, please let us know when ordering.
